Good afternoon,
We are a small house flipping company. We do roughly 12-14 flips per year with residential work periodically. We are looking for an individual with at least 3 journeyman level skill set out of list below. Laminate flooring, sheet vinyl flooring, tile install, countertop replacements, baseboard & trim replacements, sink install, faucet replacements, tub/shower valve replacements, interior & exterior painting, replacing light fixtures, outlets and switches, cabinet installs, deck re-builds/ replacements, roofing replacements, pre-hung door replacements, window replacements, siding repairs/replacements, etc. we are a in house general contractor, meaning we only sub out what we have to.
What we expect besides experience: Honesty, positivity, desire to succeed, desire to learn, must have vehicle & valid license, be available mon-fri from 7 am until as late at 6 pm.
