Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Estimator to join a reputable industrial contractor. This full-time role involves preparing accurate project bids and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and suppliers. Ideal candidates will have experience in industrial construction and strong blueprint and cost analysis skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze blueprints, specs, and scopes of work
Prepare accurate labor, material, and subcontractor estimates
Coordinate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure competitive and complete bids
Maintain organized estimate and bid documentation
Qualifications:
3–5 years of estimating experience in industrial construction
Familiarity with piping, tanks, pressure vessels, and steel fabrication
Proficient in blueprint reading and estimating software
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
