Immediate Opening:
Osprey Property Management is hiring an independent contractor for exterior projects.
Work Includes:
Fence installation (materials provided)
Digging trenches and moving dirt
Spreading gravel and landscape
materials
Sledgehammer and exterior labor
Assisting with general construction framing
Applying landscaping techniques and general labor principles
Position Details:
Independent contractor role
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Duration: 2 months, possible continuation based on performance
Compensation: Up to $22/hr (higher for exemplary candidates)
Paid trial period (a few hours)
Requirements:
Own basic hand tools
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license and Social Security number
On time daily (no later than 8:00 a.m.)
No felony record
No drug use
Physically capable, dependable, and responsible
