The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial HVAC installations. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 to $30, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Installations and Repairs:Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Troubleshooting:Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Routine Maintenance:Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure HVAC systems are functioning efficiently.
Project Collaboration:Work closely with team members and contractors to complete installations and projects on time.
Safety Compliance:Follow all safety protocols and regulations when handling HVAC equipment and materials.
Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
Qualifications:
Experience:Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with 3-5 years in the field.
Knowledge:Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC installations.
Technical Skills:Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
Licensing:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Problem-Solving:Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Customer Service:Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Teamwork:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification:HVAC certification preferred but not required.
