Property Maintenance Technician
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the general upkeep, maintenance, and repair of our properties to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and tenants.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
Conduct general repairs on buildings, including drywall, painting, and carpentry.
Respond to and resolve maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Inspect properties regularly to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
Complete work orders and document all maintenance activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and company equipment.
Be available for on-call emergencies as needed. (rarely needed)
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a property maintenance or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
systems.
Must have basic hand tools, specialty tools provided by company.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (company vehicle provided after probationary period)
