We are looking for a Network Engineer I to design, implement, and maintain advanced business systems, including WiFi networks, Hosted PBX (HPBX) systems, and other innovative solutions.
In this role, you'll work closely with our business sales team and business customers to deliver seamless service integration. You’ll also provide ongoing technical support and tackle tasks such as network installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring under the guidance of senior engineers to ensure the best network performance.

We are Pioneer Connect, a broadband company based in Philomath. We provide internet and phone services from the central Oregon Coast to the Willamette Valley.
This position requires at least 2 years of network engineering experience or equivalent experience in IT or low voltage business solution related fields. It is helpful to have specialized training in electronics that includes knowledge of principles of electronics, electronics maintenance, and telephony. Knowledge of basic AC-DC theory, familiarity with IP and data networking, and the ability to work with cable color codes is preferred. This position also requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work flexible hours when needed. Travel in the service is area is required so you must have a valid driver’s license.
The Network Engineer I position is full-time with a wage range of $38-$42/per hour depending on experience.
