We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team in Corvallis. The emphasis for this position is the service and repair of cleaning heads used in a variety of industry. A strong mechanical aptitude is essential. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will utilize your communication skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Duties:
Mechanical Aptitude required
Strong organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or feedback.
Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve operational efficiency.
Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide informed support.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English is required; bilingual candidates with Spanish language skills are encouraged.
Previous experience utilizing Quickbooks software a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Experience in sales or client services is a plus.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
