Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and answer incoming calls professionally
Inspect lawn mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and other equipment
Provide accurate repair quotes and schedule service appointments
Coordinate workflow and scheduling for shop technicians
Order parts, manage inventory, and keep stock organized
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Skills Required:
Mechanically inclined with basic small engine knowledge (2-stroke & 4-stroke)
Familiar with fuel systems, carburetors, and general maintenance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities
Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow with the team
