Location: Company yard is in Philomath, Oregon. Job area covers Benton and surrounding counties.

Job Description
-This job is located in Philomath, Oregon. It is a year round, full time Tree Service job consisting of both Tree Trimmer and Groundsman duties. Accommodations cannot be made for summers off.
-Tree trimming and chainsaw experience is required to be considered. We perform on the job training for all other Tree Trimmer and Groundsman duties.
Tree Trimmer Responsibilities:
Operates boom truck. Performs tree trimming and removals from the boom truck.
Climbs to heights over 100 feet. Performs trimming and removals,
Uses modern rigging and roping techniques to remove limbs and trees in tight spaces and above residential structures and landscaping.
Proficient and precise in falling whole trees.
Clear, direct, and accurate communication with crew members regarding tasks at hand and successful completion of each job.
As much experience as possible is preferred; however, on the job training is performed.
Groundsman Responsibilities:
Greases and maintains equipment, loads tools and equipment into trucks, sets up job sites, reports to a foreman, clearly communicates with other crew members, assists tree trimmers, hauls brush and wood from tree site to trucks, chips brush in a brush chipper, loads wood with skid steer into trucks, drives trucks with trailer to dump sites, backs up trucks with trailers, uses rakes, shovels and lead blowers to clean up job sites, unloads equipment at the end of the work day, makes note of and reports maintenance needed on equipment for the following work day (i.e. low fuel levels, dull chains).
