University Honda is a reputable Honda service center committed to providing top-notch maintenance and repair services to our customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team and assist our clients with their automotive service needs.

Position Overview: The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers visiting our service center, providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance throughout the vehicle maintenance and repair process. This role requires a friendly and knowledgeable individual with a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner upon their arrival at the service center.

Listen to customers' concerns and accurately assess their vehicle's maintenance or repair needs.

Consult with customers to explain recommended services, pricing, and estimated completion times.

Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups with customers.

Provide accurate estimates for service costs and obtain necessary authorization from customers before initiating repairs.

Communicate with technicians to ensure that all necessary repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.

Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service process, providing updates as needed.

Address any questions or concerns raised by customers regarding their vehicle's maintenance or repair.

Process payments for services rendered and ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized service area, including customer waiting areas and service advisor desks.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry, is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering accurate and efficient service.

Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn and adapt is key.

Proficiency in using computerized service management systems and basic office software applications.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Ability to work Saturday as needed.
