Key Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of stable management experience in hotel, motel, or restaurant management.
Leadership: Proven ability to recruit, select, and develop strong team members.
Customer Focus: Exceptional skills in delivering customer satisfaction.
Sales Growth: Demonstrated success in driving sales and revenue.
Marketing Skills: Familiarity with grassroots marketing and community outreach.
Financial Acumen: Full P&L management and accountability.
Facilities Knowledge: Understanding of property maintenance and management.
Relationship Building: Ability to collaborate effectively with field, corporate leadership, and support teams.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
