Local Dealership has an immediate opening for an Automotive Service Manager.
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, customer service oriented individual with a proven track record in service management.
This is a career opportunity with full benefits in our expanding service department. The ideal candidate will have experience with Warranty and all Repair Order processing.
Job Qualifications:
The Service Manager will be a well-rounded individual whoâs
specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Growing departmentâs profitability through increased sales and controlling expenses
Process development to ensure a consistent experience for our guests and employees
Holding employees accountable for their responsibilities
Manage daily Technician production objectives
Responsible for proper warranty and policy procedures and processes
Ideal candidate would have the following experience:
Ideally 2+ years of automotive service management responsibilities
Fantastic leadership skills
Excellent customer handling skills
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated organizational ability with a high level of attention to detail.
