The Upper Willamette Soil and Water Conservation District (UWSWCD) is hiring a Fiscal Manager to join its District team. This full time position is responsible for the fiscal operations of the district. The position will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day financial operations of the district including fund accounting, monthly payroll, and monitoring the district’s budget to comply with all state and local public fund laws. This position will act as the district’s budget officer and oversee the local budget law process and is the lead contact for the district’s annual audit process. This position requires a firm understanding of local budget law, and financial reporting.
