Full time office assistant position open with a local company. Fast paced work environment, strong communication skills, the ability to work independently or in a team environment. AP and AR, some financial reporting, enter payroll/create payroll checks, pay payroll liabilities, Including Fed, State. Must have Excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage inventory, and experience invoicing customers. Assist Owner with daily duties. Must be able to multitask and have Strong computer skills an attention to detail a must. Office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
This position is full-time with hourly pay based on experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have a minimum 3 years experience with Quikbooks online, including A/R, A/P, Payroll, and G/L maintenance a plus
Duties:
assisting with these duties
Check, verify and record documents such as invoices, receipts, bank statements.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Process payroll, payroll tax payments, and payroll tax returns
Greet clients and respond to clients' needs
Planning and organizing with attention to detail
Confidentiality, integrity, honesty
Work well independently and/or with a team
knowledge of bookkeeping practices and generally accepted accounting principles
Proficient in Windows word and excell
Knowledge with internet website a plus
