We are currently seeking candidates for our Program Coordinator position.

This position works with the Director of Operations to coordinate all programs administered by IEI, including residential, community engagement and supported employment, as well as our clinical staff.

Candidates must possess a bachelors degree in human services or a related field -or- have five years of experience providing professional support services to people with disabilities.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Program Coordinator is a managerial staff person whose primary responsibilities are to work with the Executive Director and other administrative staff to provide supervision and assistance to Program Managers and assist in overseeing operations in IEI programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to understanding, monitoring and supervising the implementation of 24-Hour Comprehensive Residential Administrative Rules; monitoring ISP, medical and program data; providing technical assistance and direction to Program Managers; working with Program Managers to ensure that all supervised staff understand and follow the policies and procedures of IEI; assisting in the hiring and training of DSPs, Job Coaches and other staff; monitoring Therap data; approving GERs and ISP Goal Tracking programs; overseeing development of ISPs and attending ONAs and other assessments, as needed. QUALIFICATIONS

Be at least 21 years of age or older

Possess a bachelors degree in human services or related field -or-

five years of experience providing professional support services to people with disabilities

At least Âthree years of relevant experience supervising employees

Possess a valid drivers license

Possess no disqualifying criminal history

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Able to read, write and comprehend American English

Able to pass and maintain required trainings and certifications

Able to use a computer and internet browser to complete job-related documentation

Proficiency with office and productivity software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES

Supervise employees and departments as assigned by the Executive Director.

Complete monthly one-on-one check-ins with supervised staff

Complete supervisory job functions:

Oversee the services and documentation at assigned program(s)

Provide positive feedback to staff and other colleagues

Complete corrective actions with staff as needed

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate general operations as directed.

Liaise with Executive Director and Director of Operations about operational activities and organizational goals

Oversee licensing certification and recertification of IEI programs and attend on-site reviews.

Maintain Motor Vehicle records for IEI vehicles

Make recommendations to the Executive Director regarding staff development policies and procedures

Ensure that the agency complies with all legal and regulatory requirements

Manage processes and coordinate material and resource allocation

Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation

Evaluate agency performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

Oversee employee productivity and performance through evaluations, recruitment and promotion

Collaborating with leadership to build an environment of collective responsibility and accountability

Provide effective team and project management duties, including overseeing project completion timelines and ensuring the agency's values are the primary focus

Build and maintain relationships with people receiving services, their families, agency employees, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals

Attend community events, coalitions, meetings and conferences as guided by the Executive Director and Director of Operations

Engage in respectful communication.

Adhere to agency financial and money-handling policies and procedures.

Report suspected financial exploitation.

Maximize and responsibly utilize agency and community resources.

Promote the professionalism of the industry.

Model behavior that reflects IEIs values.

Represent IEI in a positive manner.

Understand and follow agency systems, policies and procedures.

Complete time and attendance records (e.g.: Timesheet) according to agency expectations.

Meet established timelines and deadlines.

Maintain satisfactory attendance to work shifts, staff meetings and other assigned agency functions. Â

Complete duties assigned by supervisor or designee.

Other duties as assigned.
