Key Responsibilities:
- Write up service orders with precision and attention to detail
- Manage inventory efficiently
- Perform accurate data entry
- Assist with scheduling and answering phones
- Handle eBay listings and maintain customer/supplier accounts
Qualifications:
- Motivated and detail-oriented
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professional support staff and customers
- Prior experience in service, purchasing, inventory, and computer operations
