PA distributes crafting and sewing supplies to regional chains, independent retailers, online platforms, and fulfillment of online consumer orders.
PA has roughly 130,000 square feet of warehouse and manufacturing in Eugene Oregon

We are a rapidly expanding, quick to market company and need an action based team member to address our transportation needs.
3 years of domestic traffic experience with at least 1 year in international inbound/outbound transportation.
A proven history in the use of analytics to obtain improved quality and significant cost reductions (domestic/international)
Expert in the use of analytic tools (Excel, shipping tools)
Pay will consist of a base (DOE); with 30% incentive based on achieving significant cost savings in a quarter.
Easily work with all members of our team to understand, formulate, explain, execute, facilitate and monitor our transportation systems.
Qualifications
Safely operate forklift
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance are required. Ability to stand, walk and move for entire work shift. Ability to bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently. Ability to do repetitious arm movements above and below shoulder level required for selection of product. Mental alertness is necessary to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities. Ability to learn proper selection procedures, shipping and receiving techniques, computerized inventory. Ability to reach and to lift product selected weighing up to approximately 50 lbs. intermittently.
