Personnel Source is looking for a Tier II Customer Support Specialist for our local Eugene client!
This position is full-time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. This position is contracted on a month to month basis as company has need or until an FTE opening is available.
This position assists end users, carrier sales representatives or carrier sales operations personnel with the company's DMS platform, the role requires strong customer service, professionalism and interpersonal skills.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide direct professional customer interaction by responding to incoming requests for service, prioritizing urgency of requests and responding to clients in a timely manner.
Perform training sessions on portals for carrier representatives and end users.
Load new products to the DMS platform, including devices, accessories and plans.
Review system and submit trouble tickets through company project management tool to quickly resolve issues affecting the customer experience.
Utilize problem solving skills to troubleshoot portal and order-related issues.
Process orders as needed.
Work with QA team to ensure finished projects meet all customer requirements and quality standards
Working with Technical Publications to produce documentation & training materials for customers and support personnel.
Provide customer feedback and potential opportunities to relevant internal groups.
Experience/Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated strong communication skill
Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and effectiveness
Ability to prioritize issues based on customer needs and internal objectives
