Reality Kitchen is a Nonprofit organization that provides Employment opportunities and training to people with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities. This takes place in our friendly, vibrant and thriving wholesale bakery and retail cafe.
We are looking for someone to fulfill a very unique and integral role in our organization, who has experience both working in and managing a cafe as well as supporting and training people of differing abilities.
This individual must have high integrity, work ethic, grace, a good sense of humor, and a passion for good food!
This position requires someone who can communicate creatively, clearly and effectively, have really good organization skills and be in both good strong physical and mental health.
