Assist customers on the showroom floor

Strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering

Support efforts of Outside Sales Associates

Work hand-in-hand with Showroom Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.

Support the Showroom Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.

Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.

Requirements:

A college degree, or working towards a degree is helpful for this position, but comparable industry knowledge and experience would also be considered.

0-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred

A successful associate will be results oriented, , able to meet goals, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment.

Supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; performing procedures in compliance with the dental practice act. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Arrow Dental is an Oregon-based dental care organization that offers routine care, restorative therapy and other specialty services to Medicaid and private insurance members throughout the state of Oregon.
