Experienced Bartender – The Monkey’s Paw Tiki Bar (Downtown Springfield – Immediate Start)
The Monkey’s Paw Tiki Bar is currently seeking a professional and experienced bartender to join our team immediately. This is a part-time position offering 20–30 hours per week, with evening and weekend shifts. Sunday afternoon availability is a must.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
Open availability, including nights and weekends
Valid OLCC Service Permit
Valid Oregon Food Handler’s Permit
Strong knowledge of cocktails, including classic and tiki-style drinks
Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work efficiently and professionally under pressure
Shift Details:
Shifts typically run from 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM until 1:00 AM
