We are seeking an individual to join our barTEAMi!
Looking to fill a part time experienced Aspiring Chef/Server position! This individual will be crossed trained for our kitchen and FOH. Must be a people person, and have strong communication skills. Good work ethic is a must. Corporate restaurant experience is a plus! Applicants must hold current Food Handlers and OLCC certifications.
1. Trains appropriate staff to meet and exceed established food preparation standards on a consistent basis.
2. Cultivate a positive work environment and demonstrate a dedicated and professional approach to your position.
3. Provides guidance and direction to others involved in kitchen work as well as instructing servers as to the most appropriate way to present our cuisine to the client.
4. Provide and support service behaviors that are above and beyond, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
