MarJan's Edibles is looking for an experienced edibles chef that knows how to create edibles and infuse them with cannabis.
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our edibles company.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and possess a creative flair for creating delicious dishes. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating product, and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
- Responsibilities - Prepare and cook edibles following recipes and presentation specifications - Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
- Develop recipes that meet quality standards and customer preferences - Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute production without supervision Experience necessary - Proven experience working as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation
- Experience in pastry, baking, and creating confectionery products such as gummy's , chocolates is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests, staff and regulators
