Busy restaurant seeking a versatile cook. Must be comfortable working all stations of a full service kitchen, including breakfast with the ability to keep track of inventory/prep needs on a daily basis.
Kitchen is open 10am until 10pm Sunday through Thursday and 12am Friday and Saturday. We are across the street from Matthew Knight Arena and the University of Oregon, so there are event nights that will occasionally run until 2 am… but the tips on event nights make it worth the time. Located on the EmX bus line, tip share is 5% of food sales, hourly wages are BOE.
