Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Responsible for daily and nightly task checklist.
2. Sets up dishwasher and sets up chemicals.
3. In charge of running and maintaining dish station.
4. Manages compost, trash, and recycling.
5. Follows all food regulations.
6. Responsible for major clean-up.
Availability:
Must have mostly open availability. Must be available for the week of Thanksgiving.
