Looking for a floor manager with strong leadership skills. Reliability and strong communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities and Duties include:
Making sure employees are following standard operating procedures
Physically present on the floor during service to ensure guest service standards.
Managing FOH staff including weekly scheduling
Motivating staff.
Answering inquiries and resolving complaints (telephone, email, and social media).
Experience with MICROS, and social media a plus.
Balancing EOD reports
OLCC Permit, Food Handlers permit a must.
Bartending experience a bonus.
Taking accurate inventory and maintaining a well organized front house system.
Ability to swing between positions and do serve/bartend/expo on the floor when necessary.
