We are seeking Kitchen Staff to join our dedicated team! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of the Fat Shack menu at the newest location in Eugene, OR
Responsibilities:
-Prep, cooking, and presentation of the full menu
-Guest service including order-taking and table delivery
-Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
-Adhere to all sanitation and food safety codes
-Clean and maintain kitchen equipment
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in cooking is preferred, but NOT mandatory
-Communication skills and commitment to guest service
-Willingness to work a schedule which may include late-night shifts
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to work well in teams
Training is paid and thoroughly provided. Seeking Part-Time and Full-Time candidates. We are flexible with building work schedules and providing for time off with reasonable notice. The wages advertised are before including customer tips which significantly increase your take-home pay.
Fat Shack is a quick service restaurant that specializes in all things Deep-Fried. We are known for our Fat Sandwiches (think chicken fingers, french fries, and mozzarella sticks all in one sandwich) and Deep-Fried Desserts including Oreos and Twinkies.
