Our 36-year-old iconic landmark restaurant nestled in the Market District of Downtown Eugene across from the Hult Center is on the lookout for a reliable chef/line cook to become a part of our culinary team. We are in search of an individual who is adept in the kitchen, able to work quickly and efficiently, and possesses a positive demeanor along with excellent communication and organizational abilities. The perfect candidate will uphold high standards for cleanliness, exceptional hospitality, food quality, and consistency.

This role necessitates proficiency in egg skills, sautéing, broiling, frying, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks including dish washing. The working hours for this position span from Wednesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, with additional shifts on Saturday to Sunday for breakfast (extended hours when events are hosted at the Hult Center). The average weekly workload amounts to 40-44 hours, and the wage is negotiable based on prior experience/skills. Cash tips are provided on a weekly basis.
