Farmers Union Coffee Roasters is looking for the right individual for a back of house position! We are Eugene's newest coffee roastery. We feature single origin coffees from small coffee farms all over the world, do our best to be environmentally conscious and have a wonderful small team of bakers and baristas.
This position is for roughly 4 days a week and 6 hour shifts. There will always be opportunities to cover shifts and get additional hours.
Morning availability (5am-Noon) and full weekend availability, and basic kitchen skills are required for this position.
Responsibilities include:
Prepping, assembling and baking: breakfast items, cookies, scones, muffins
Prepping other ingredients for front of house service.
Making sandwiches and assembling breakfast and lunch items to order.
BEING STOKED to serve the best coffee in town and being so nice to all your coworkers!
Keeping your workspace clean.
Keeping the posi-vibes flowing, and treating all of our amazing team with respect.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar cafe or bakery.
