Prepare (cook) lunch and dinner meals, to include banquet events. Experience with hot oil fryers, flat and grated grills. Make salads, (i.e., dinner, chef, and cobb). Ability to make special menu items, meat loaf, pastas, prime rib, steak, etc. Prepare and clean kitchen, before and after lunch, dinner, and banquets, including washing dishes, etc. Inventory food and supplies. Recommend special menu dishes to kitchen committee. Must have current food handlers permit. Two years of continuance line cook experience. Position available now.
