Job Description
The Bier Stein is looking for a line cook with 1-2 years of experience working in a casual kitchen setting.
Must Have Open Availability.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-In charge of preparation and execution of all menu items in a tidy and timely manner.
-Handling prep lists, stocking and cleaning.
-Responsible for cutting and portioning food prep.
-Running the flat-top grill, Hobart, panini grill, slicer, broiler and fryer.
-Assisting the manager open and close the kitchen.
-Job duties may be added or changed at any time.
