We are seeking a talented, hardworking, and motivated line cook to join our team! The ideal candidate works well in a small team, has a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic and has the ability to thrive in fast paced environment but also know how to keep busy during down time. Must be available nights and weekends.
Candidate must have experience in:
-Vegetable and meat preparation
-Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
-Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
-Maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen/workstations
-Assists with inventory/food storage
-Health and safety, sanitation guidelines
-Collaboration on creative food ideas
