Bar Back / Door Person: Busy campus bar setting. Good situational awareness, ability to hustle, restock ice wells, minor bar prep, restocking liquor, changing kegs are all part of this job. Also being able to check ID's, spot visibly impaired individuals and helping to ensure the overall safety of our establishment, employees and patrons. Good communication with the other staff, awareness of OLCC rules and Oregon Laws regarding the service of alcohol. Must have OLCC servers permit, be 21+, DPSST certification a big plus, but not necessary.
Prep: This is an ideal position for someone who likes early mornings and has some experience working with dough.
We can train if you show aptitude, ability to focus on the task at hand and are organized. We work with prep lists and our recipe books, calculating daily needs, keeping stock items at par levels and building commissary orders for the other locations.
Clean driving record is necessary.
We are also looking for experienced pizza kitchen workers. Experience with hand tossed dough, oven management and cleanliness are preferred qualities. Recent experience please.
