We are a small local Restaurant and Bar seeking someone with at least 2 years of professional cooking experience.
-Must have a current Food Handler Card.
-A current OLCC Service Permit is a plus. The applicant must obtain one within 30 days of being hired.
-Must be able to communicate well with co-workers
-Must have impeccable customer service skills.
-Must have attention to detail.
-Must be a self-starter and motivated.
-Must know and be capable of facilitating proper food temps and cooking times.
-Must know proper sanitation practices.
-Must be able to look at a prep list and identify high to low-priority tasksthen do it.
-Must be able to anticipate and execute "next steps" during a rush.
-Must be available for Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts
