Viking Braggot Brewing's Southtowne Pub is seeking experienced line and prep cooks. We are locally owned and a unique part of the Eugene brewery community.
We pride ourselves on offering a quality, craft experience, starting with our signature honey ales inspired by the Vikings, to our extensive line of aquavit and aquavit-based cocktails, to our Scandinavian-inspired elevated pub food menu. Our food menu rotates seasonally, uses quality meat and locally sourced ingredients, and we look forward to doing brewers dinners, drink pairings, and weekend specials once we are fully staffed.
Starting wage: $15/hour, kitchen splits 25% of all tips. +Shift drink and meals
