Bartender/Greeter/Server
Requirements:
Prior bartending experience.
Craft beer knowledge important.
Must have ability to make cocktails.
Hard working and dependable.
Ability to multi-task.
Work professionally with other team members.
A people person: Ability to be attentive to customers' needs.
Available for weekends and nights.
An individual who thrives in a fast paced environment.
Monitor and observe customers experience. Ensure customers are satisfied with their food, beverages and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Be ready and willing to assist fellow teammates as situations arise with food running, side-work, bussing, bar duties/organizing and overall teamwork.
Strong communication and trouble shooting skills.
Reliable transportation.
Sports knowledge a plus.
21 years of age or older.
Must have current food handlers and OLCC cards.

The Tap and Growler is a fast paced craft tap house that provides great service, great food and a large selection of craft beer, wine, cider & kombucha. We offer a family and team atmosphere where all employees can thrive & be respected. Due to our cozy atmosphere we are often called upon to help one another out at times. Our bartenders help with greeting, bussing, serving, admin/organizing,etc. in addition to pouring beers and mixing great cocktails.
We provide shift meal & post shift drink.
Part time to start; option to be a full-time position if able to work in the kitchen as a cook.
