We are looking for another new team member! Asian cuisine or wok experience preferred. Please only apply if you would be willing to study our menu. Only Part-Time is available currently. Morning shifts only to start with on the job training. (10:00am-2:30pm 4-5 days a week) Positive attitude needed. Willing to contribute to a team. Our food truck is located in the Whitaker District of downtown Eugene. Our operating hours are Thursday-Tuesday.
This job entails opening shift tasks, preparing for the day, cutting various produce, and being an aid/helping hand to the head cook. Knife skills and cutting vegetables as instructed is highly preferred.
Starts $16/hr (+ tips after 4 shifts)
Employee discount on meals
20-25 hours per week
Potentially could move to full time / more days based on growth & learning curve
Requirements:
Must be punctual and dependable
Maintain a professional and friendly team player attitude
Effective communication with staff members
Quick thinking and problem solving skills, anticipate ways to help during rush
Attention to detail and ability to follow direction
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to lift 50lb bags & containers
Obtain food handlers card within 2 weeks of hire
Dress code is clean and neat
