We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cook/Lottery Attendant to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently. This role is responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals, ensuring food safety, attending to lottery players, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and dishes, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.
- Follow recipes and menu plans to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and handling standards.
- Take orders and communicate with customers.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices.
- Cash handling experience and the ability to maintain a cash drawer.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A positive and helpful attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
