Key Responsibilities

Meal Preparation: Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals, accommodating dietary restrictions when necessary.
Medication Management: Remind clients to take prescribed medications in accordance with their healthcare provider’s instructions.
Mobility Support: Assist clients with walking, transfers, and the use of mobility aids, ensuring their safety at all times.
Household Maintenance: Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and tidying to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations, activities, and hobbies to reduce feelings of isolation and promote mental well-being.
Transportation: Escort clients to appointments, errands, or social events as needed, ensuring punctuality and safety during transit.
Monitoring and Reporting: Observe and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional conditions to their family members or healthcare providers.
