Hiring for Private Adult Foster Home!
Hello! We are looking to hire someone for our adult foster home. We work with individuals with Developmental Disabilities, so experience with behaviors is a plus!
Individuals with current background checks are encouraged to apply! (This includes recent backgrounds with care facilities or other foster homes) We have both part-time and full-time positions available. Please contact us for more specific scheduling questions.
The environment we provide our clients is in a staffed home setting. Duties may include but are not limited to behavior support, ADLS, Peri Care, Transfers/Lifting, Medication Management, Cleaning, Cooking, ECT. You will be working around many different needs and behaviors so being patient and consistent is a plus.
We are looking for a LONG-TERM caring, trustworthy, dependable, hardworking individual that pays attention to detail.
Mandatory requirements: Pass a background check (if you don’t have a current one) & must be able to pass the Developmental Disabilities Foster Certification Test. Current Drivers License is preferred but not required. We provide a vehicle at the home if needed.
