Are you a motivated, self-driven individual with patience and a kind heart? A new in-home care agency is looking for caregivers desiring to learn new skills while working with veteran heroes who served our country. We are a new health care agency with incentives implemented to retain staff and maintain high morale among caregivers.
Responsibilities include:
- Personal care involving bathing, dressing/undressing, grooming, toileting
- Transfers to/from bed/wheelchair
- Communication assistance
- Housekeeping, laundry, cooking
- Companionship activities
- Transportation assistance
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a good command of the English language to effectively communicate orally and in writing the tasks associated with the client's care
- Must pass a background check
While experience is a plus, it isn't necessary. We are looking for committed caregivers willing to go the mile and will train candidates who possess a good attitude. Base pay is $15/hour with no experience. Have experience we pay more and with weekend/NOC differential. Incentives are in place for employees who come to work on time and without call-offs.
