We are searching to add a new staff to our team. We have an adult foster home for individuals diagnosed with developmental delays. We are searching for a weekend fulltime staff. We have a fulltime weekend position and an hourly position 9am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday.
Our goal is to find someone who will provide superior care who has a good sense of humor and good communication skills.
We are looking for someone with experience in the field of caregiving and who is comfortable with providing complete support needs for clients including personal hygiene.
Job duties include:
Providing daily support needs including hygiene needs.
Medication management
Behavioral management
Community inclusion
Housekeeping tasks as needed
Time management
Taking initiative while working independently
