Our friendly, family-oriented clinic is looking for someone to join our team as a part time patient access specialist, who is willing to cross train as a chiropractic assistant. We are looking for a bi-lingual (English/Spanish), self-motived someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Applicants with previous medical experience will be preferred. This position will be scheduled Monday , Wednesday, Friday. This is a great growth opportunity for a patient centric person.
Job duties are, but not limited to:
o Check patients in/out and make upcoming appointments
o Intake forms necessary for patient care and billing insurance
o Maintain patient records
o Use Chiro Touch EMR proficiently- we will train
o Answer phone in a timely manner
o Room patients
o Perform vitals
o Assist Doctor with therapies
o Maintain a neat and tidy lobby
o Keep bathroom stocked and ready for use
o Vacuum as needed
o Empty garbage receptacles as needed
o Maintain a neat, tidy work area
o Other duties as assigned
o Punctual and well groomed
o Positive and caring attitude
o Willingness to be a team player
