We are a growing FAST PACED private practice dental office in Eugene, Oregon. We are looking for an independent, eager, and efficient addition to our team that always brings a good attitude to the table.
The ideal candidate would be a problem solver, and will be able to keep up with the fast pace of our dental team and stick with us and grow for years to come.
As sterile tech, it is your responsibility to complete all assigned duties, clean rooms, sanitize equipment and help out around the office as directed You will be listening during procedures for tasks, and complete duties for the Doctor, hygienist, and assistants. You may need to run occasional errands.
Skills to Master:
Learn basic tooth morphology and anatomy.
Learn the basics of Eaglesoft, a dental software.
Inputting prescription data/printing prescriptions for patients.
Learn to read and interpret dental prescriptions.
Daily Responsibilities:
Daily cleaning of office, operatories and lab
Maintaining OSHA requirements, spore testing and eyewash station records.
Occasional lab work as needed.
Break down and set up operatories throughout the day.
Daily restocking of dental operatories.
Inputting treatment plan information.
Ordering dental supplies.
Occasionally rooming patients and taking vitals.
Scanning, copying, light filing and faxing.
WAGE: $17+/hr Depending on experience.
