We have a beautiful facility at the corner of Jefferson and W. 19th Ave. Our clinic is now one year into operation and has been growing fast. There is lots of ample space to grow into still and we need to keep up with the demand. We are a team of 6, possibly a team of 8 soon, but our goal is to be a team of 10. There are many benefits included such as free health care within our facility to have massage and chiropractic once a month, use of the infrared sauna and bonus pays with house maintenance, referrals, and meetings. Pay raise for every employees anniversary of working at our organization.
Owner has been a licensed massage therapist for 20 years and is a licensed chiropractor. Interview includes the first round of conversing, second is a trade of skills to where you would also get free treatment with massage and chiropractic, and then a mutual agreement of employment. There is a 30 day trial period of employment to where the first 30 days will be paid as a 1099, and after 30 days paid as a W2.
Part time shift is a minimum of 4 days a week for 4 hour shifts, either morning or afternoon. Starting pay is $40 an hour, with up to $60 an hour once fully established. Free CE courses are held throughout the year for licensed professionals only, and possible scholarships in advancements with education.
