Open Position: Mental Health Therapist
(PC/MFT Associates and Licensed Therapists)

Job Description:
The Collective is seeking motivated and passionate
people to join our team as PC or MFT Associates and
Licensed Therapists.
a) Associates will work with clients under
supervision while receive weekly supervision
provided by the agency.
b) Licensed Therapists will work independently and
provide therapy services to clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct therapy session w/ clients Conduct therapy
sessions with clients using evidence-based practices.
Create and implement treatment plans tailored to
individual client needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure
the highest quality of care
Participate in agency meetings and trainings as
required.
Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling,
Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Current associate registration or full licensure in
Oregon (for Licensed Therapists)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as
part of a team.
Strong commitment to ethical practice and client
confidentiality

Additional Requirements for
Licensed Therapists:
Participate in case consultation on a weekly or biweekly
basis.
Hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice therapy
in Oregon.
Compensation: $70,000-120,000 a year
Associates: $55-$70 per therapy session
Licensed Therapists: $65-$80 per therapy
session
