Multiple Positions: House Manager and Caregiver

We are hiring a Program Manager to guide a team of caregivers in providing assistance in everyday living and activities. If you're ready to lead with integrity, build staff capacity, and ensure meaningful outcomes for the adults we serve, we want to hear from you.

We are also hiring for an evening caregiver. This Canidate should be able to create and provide meals that follow dietary restrictions, care of the home, complete ADLs, assist our clients in everyday activities, and other tasks pertaining to their wellbeing.

What You’ll Do:

Adult-Focused Program Oversight – Lead the development and execution of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and behavior support plans tailored to each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.

Behavior Support & Crisis Intervention – Implement and model consistent, compassionate responses to emotional dysregulation, behavioral escalation, and crisis situations.

Service Collaboration – Coordinate closely with mental health providers, primary care providers, Behaviors specialists and case management

Team Leadership – Train, mentor, and empower residential staff in behavior strategies, daily routines, and adult engagement.

Administrative Oversight – Manage schedules, documentation, medication management/compliance tasks, and household operations to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

Health, Safety, & Compliance – Conduct regular safety checks, ensure staff certification requirements are met, and uphold all licensing standards

hat We’re Looking For:

Experience: Background working with adults in a foster home settings (behavioral (1B home)) Experience supporting individuals with co-occurring diagnoses and high behavioral needs preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Leadership Ability: Confident and compassionate leadership style that encourages accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.

Resilience & Judgment: Able to stay calm under pressure, think critically, and respond to high-stress situations with clarity and purpose.

Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with youth, staff, and partners.

Organized & Responsive: Skilled in time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting regulatory expectations.

Requirements: Valid Oregon driver’s license, and valid car insurance, ability to pass a DDS/DHS background check.

Bonus: Prior supervisory or leadership experience in adult-focused programs is a plus but not required.

As a Caregiver:(PT) up to 20 hours per week:

Requirements:

No experience, we will train you

Must be at least 23 years old

Valid ODL/ reliable transportation/ Current insurance

CPR/First Aid (Required) can be obtained after hire

OIS Training

Adult Foster Certification (certifications can be obtained with in 90days of Hire)

Duties of the caregiver position:

Housekeeping/ laundry (for the house & assist the clients with theirs)

Meal Prep/cooking/ Follow Diet needs set by PCPs for each client

Medication administration (On the job training)

Assist clients with everyday living tasks; Assure they get their Daily hygiene done. Along with keeping their space” room” clean etc

Help Clients with their house chores

Transport to/from medical appointments (advocating for them), Transport clients to and from preferred outings (movies, swimming, YMCA, etc.)

Accurate Documentation per the Oregon Administration Rules (OAR’s)
