The Patient Services Representative - Scheduling answers inbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner and directs calls to appropriate individuals. Accurately and efficiently records, routes, and re-routes messages from patients and/or others to providers via electronic medical records system. Accurately and efficiently schedules appointments for established patients with all physicians and providers. May also schedule appointments for other services.
High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum of one year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Work related experience in a medical office setting strongly preferred.
