Grace Manor is looking to add ONE staff member.
Swing shift = 2pm- 10pm.
Day shift = 6am - 2pm.
We provide training.
Key responsibilities:
1. Be Reliable
2. Be Reliable. We can not provide care, when staff members don't show up to work.
3. Be Responsible
Provide direct care to residents
Assist residents with activities of daily living
Transfer residents to and from activities and meals
Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments
Observe and record changes in residents
Foster a home-like environment throughout the community by encouraging independence and participation in activities, and providing emotional support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must enjoy working with seniors!
Flexible schedule
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
