Responsibilities
● Evaluate patients and craft creative, individualized treatment plans
● Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions focusing on orthopedic, sports, post-surgical, and
neurological cases
● Track and report patient progress with precision and care
● Collaborate with providers and physicians to ensure seamless care
● Document accurately and efficiently using EMR software
● Embrace teamwork and contribute to a high-energy, supportive clinic culture
● Balance clinical excellence with patient motivation — because recovery is both
science and inspiration
Skills & Qualifications
● Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon (or eligibility)
● CPR & First Aid certifications
● Strong clinical reasoning, creativity, and problem-solving skills
● Commitment to at least 30 hours of continuing education every two years
● New graduates welcome, mentorship provided
